Machinery is given a new life! We completely redesigned / reinstalled the electrical and automation system for a machine for transforming / processing marble quarry waste products.
The machine can be operated by a single operator with the control of approximately 600 digital inputs, 400 relay outputs, 40 analogue inputs and 30 inverters for a total of 800 kW installed.
The customer requested and obtained the safe management of the entire production process in a fast and simplified way, also with manual, semi-automatic and automatic functions, recipes, maintenance, diagnostics, efficiency improvement and customisation as required.
