This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not yet fully accessible due to non-compliance with certain requirements of Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004. The non-conformities apply across multiple pages and sections of the site and are described only once, regardless of the number of occurrences or pages in which they appear:
- WCAG 1.1.1 – Non-text Content: some images on the site do not have adequate alternative text, which is needed by screen reader users to understand their content.
- WCAG 1.3.1 – Info and Relationships: on some pages the structure of the content (headings, labels, tables) is not always coded in a way that can be correctly interpreted by assistive technologies.
- WCAG 1.3.5 – Identify Input Purpose: some fields in the contact forms do not automatically indicate their purpose (e.g. name, e-mail, phone number), a feature useful for assisted autofill.
- WCAG 1.4.1 – Use of Color: in some parts of the site, certain information or links are distinguishable from the surrounding context only through color, without an additional visual indicator (e.g. underline).
- WCAG 1.4.10 – Reflow: at some zoom levels or on reduced window sizes, some content requires horizontal scrolling to be viewed in full.
- WCAG 1.4.3 – Contrast (Minimum): some text on the site does not meet the minimum contrast ratio required against the background color, making it difficult to read for users with low vision.
- WCAG 1.4.5 – Images of Text: in some cases an image containing text is used where real text could have been used instead, which would be more easily adaptable by the user (size, color, spacing).
- WCAG 2.4.4 – Link Purpose (In Context): some links on the site are not sufficiently descriptive of their purpose when read in isolation or within the surrounding context (e.g. “click here”).
- WCAG 3.3.2 – Labels or Instructions: some form fields do not have sufficiently clear labels or instructions to be filled in correctly by all users.
- WCAG 4.1.2 – Name, Role, Value: some custom interactive components on the site do not correctly communicate name, role and state to assistive technologies, making them difficult to use with a screen reader.
Automated and manual checks were carried out on the basis of the WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) success criteria. The manual tests and screen reader checks carried out by the appointed web development agency were considered sufficiently valid and thorough for the purposes of this statement.
The non-conformities described above require significant structural correction work (revision of templates, components and content). Given the complexity and cost of resolving them all at once, their correction is planned progressively over the coming years, as part of the site’s ongoing evolutionary maintenance, prioritizing the elements with the greatest impact for users with disabilities.

The information contained in this statement was obtained from a self-assessment carried out directly by the website operator, based on an automated analysis (Mauve tool) supplemented by manual and screen reader testing.
