TELEPHONE SUPPORT

During working hours, Elettroimpianti GF provides telephone assistance to customers (current or future) and if necessary to their designers, in order to choose the ideal solution, for suggestions, opinions, advice, requests for interventions, inspections and quotations.

This is done during normal working hours but can be extended to out-of-hours by taking out an on-call service contract.


CORRECTIVE
MAINTENANCE

In the event of faults or malfunctions, but also if you just need assistance, Elettroimpianti GF provides response services to meet the needs of Customers. These range from “telephone” solutions or on-site “Emergency interventions” or “planned interventions” with specific technicians for the type of problem reported, which often refers to FAULTS (troubleshooting, description and possible repair of the fault) or REPAIRS (the repair service is aimed at restoring the characteristics of the faulty or defective components). Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to criteria of feasibility and convenience.

Corrective work, even if it cannot be scheduled, is geared towards correcting the fault as quickly as possible.

The speed of intervention is proportional to the severity of the damage.

SCHEDULED AND UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

As a preventive measure, Elettroimpianti GF provides NON-scheduled maintenance services, which can be carried out for the maintenance of installations on a case-by-case basis without entering into dedicated contracts.

Scheduled maintenance can also be provided under dedicated Contracts in which the number, type and frequency of interventions are established in order to help customers keep their installations operating safely and efficiently.

Before each periodic inspection, or whenever necessary, we carry out pre-inspections on installations that help prevent unforeseen events.

On request, we can represent our customers and be available to assist inspectors who carry out periodic plant inspections.


EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

Elettroimpianti provides additional extraordinary maintenance services, which are defined on a case-by-case basis according to need, such as special cleaning (sanitisation), conversions/upgrades (digitisation, efficiency improvement, revamping, customisation).

PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE

Elettroimpianti GF provides predictive maintenance services, which by using remote control / remote management systems, allow installations to be monitored continuously and intervention times to be minimised, but not only
